Refund Policy
Custom devices are made for one person, so refunds work a little differently from off-the-shelf products.
Consultations
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at no cost. If a consultation fee has been paid and you cancel before the assessment, it is refunded in full.
Custom devices
Once casting or fabrication has started, the materials and componentry are specific to you and cannot be reused, so deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel before fabrication begins, your deposit is refunded.
Fit and adjustments
Fit issues are resolved through adjustment and refitting, which is part of your care at no additional charge within the agreed review period. Manufacturing defects in components are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
